a little catch upI've been a little quiet lately. There's a seasonal bug that's been making the rounds, and it knocked on my door twice! Then my social media accounts were compromised, and that's still being investigated. It's been quite a lesson in how little human contact there is when you're trying to resolve something. Instead, there's been a lot of circling around, and it's still spinning! In there somewhere was Thanksgiving with good food and family, but otherwise this month hasn't gone quite as planned. There are a few things happening in my movement world that I'd love to share with you. October is still sharing some beautiful weather, and if you were hoping to sign up for a fall movement class, there's still time to join us for another seven weeks of the fall session. If you're finding yourself dealing with a body that's making some noise, perhaps a sore neck, tight shoulders or other niggles, this six-week live online series is for you. We'll dive into some of the familiar discomfort patterns knitters experience and explore how gentle, brain-based movement can help ease unnecessary tension in the way you sit, move and knit. If knitting or making is your joy or sanity, let's explore how to make it more comfortable as you head into those new year projects. We'll meet live on Tuesdays from November 3 to December 8, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Eastern, which is 10:00 to 11:00 am Pacific and 6:00 to 7:00 pm GMT. There are six live online classes, and if you can't join us at the scheduled time, you'll have access to the replays. Weekly PDFs and access to the movement library are also included.
